Operations Manager/Center Manager

Qualifications:

- MA in management with overseas studying

- 3+ years working experience in management

- Excellent communication skill in French, good command of English

- Skill in establishing and maintaining good relationship with the team and customers.

- Problem-solving, self-motivated, patient and professional

- Responsible, able to work under pressure

- Experience in delegating workload and responsibilities

- Knowledge of customer service techniques

Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations in compliance with Standard Operations Procedure

- Develop, coordinate and implement first-class services

- Liaise with governments, organizations and companies

- Strategic responsibilities for commercial developments, developing turnover and gross margin, increasing market share and maximize productive efficiency within the company

- Other tasks as required
